EagleEyes has done the same thing with his tank...but even better. You might want to contact him and go see it. He showed how to do it at one of the WMAS meetings but I missed it - I heard it was good though.

I really think seahorses like higher flow. In my tanks, they hunt everywhere but seem to rest in the higher flow areas. I have a powerhead pointing acoss the bottom. The fish could be anywhere but the seem to always be where the flow is strongest, in the front of the tank. Could be that there is a patch of dense algae there and there could have been a pod there years ago, so aybe they are still talking about it!

They sleep on the magfloat uptake, right in front of the return from an upper tank. I think that is the highest flow area in the tank.
