finding nemo tank...

i was doing a little bit of brainstorming today, and i am thinking of doing a finding nemo tank, will all the characters from the movie except i dont have the movie and i cant find all the fish that where in there online and i cant remeber all of them.

i know there was
hippo tang------dorry
clownfish--------nemo and marlin
shrimp-----------jar-jar i think he was a cleaner



what else?

so i am thinking like 3x cubes, all side by side. flow starts on the left in the octo tank then drains into the reef and then the reef drains into the 3rd tank the seahorses, 3rd tank drains to the sump. and then back to the octo tank. sounds like a grand idea now i need to find a couple of cubes.....

we actually were going to do a finding nemo tank once. We were going to setup the rockwork so there was a "dropoff" on one end. This was going to be a 180. we never got around to it and were only going to do the nemo fish. there are plenty of cool fish other than them so its hard to do.

I love this idea. Shane, there's another fish that looks alot like the moorish idol but very easy to keep. Suzy has one. Suzy...what kind of fish is it??

A Heniochus butterfly. He is a great fish, good eater and loves majanoes! I grow them just for him. Not reef safe, though. He loves any polyps.

well i need to figure what size tank i want to do this in. i wanted to keep it small and just gete small fish, but i dont know yet, i have a lot of things going on over the next few months.

Are you going to make it just like the tank in the movie? With plastic plants, glass gravel and a various sculptures (pirates chest, volcano of bubbles, etc)??

i could do that i didnt even think of it, i was just going to do a standard sw set up though, but that way sounds way better......i need to get a picture or watch the movie again. i cant remebere how it was set up.
