Hi Viele Jahre wohnte eine Anemone an einen Blumentopf wo auch die Peculas dran gelaicht haben. Nun ist die Anemone gewandert und hängt an der Scheibe. Die Perculas verlassen ihre Anemone ja nicht ,nun laichen sie immer an die Scheibe. Da ich nicht die Zeit habe mich Nachts auf Larvenfang zu begeben habe ich ich mal etwas neues ausprobiert. Gestern Abend hab ich die Eier mit einer scharfen Klinge abgekratzt und gleich abgesaugt und in einen Behälter ins Zuchtbecken gestellt und belüftet. Gestern Nacht ist noch nichts geschlüpft. Aber heut Abend war ich echt erstaunt das ca 80% der Eier noch geschlüpft sind. Nun bin ich gespannt wie es weiter geht und ob die Methode Einfluss auf die Überlebensrate hat. The perculas did not leave the anemone and now spawn on the glass. Since I don't have the time to catch the larvae at night I tried something new. I removed the eggs yesterday evening with a sharp blade, siphoned them off and put them in a container in the breeding tank and aerated them. Nothing hatched last night. But tonight I was really surprised to find that 80% of the eggs hatched. Now I am interested in seeing if this makes a difference in the survival rate. Regards Sylvio Instead of a blade as Sylvio describes we use a slurpie straw. The end has been cut in an angle and the other end is fitted with an airline. We collect the eggs when friends call us that their clowns are having eggs which are ready to hatch. Amie you might recall John talking about that on MOFIB. If the eggs haven't hatched by the time we get home they are kept in a funnel and aerated. Sylvio: Anstelle einer Klinge nimm mal einen dicken Strohhalm, den du am Ende im Winkel angeschnitten hast. Diesen Strohhalm verbinde dann mit einem Luftschlauch . So kannst du die Eier abkratzen und gleich absaugen. So machen wir es, wenn wir bei Freunden Eier ernten. John hat das letzte Nacht mit unseren Neon Gobies gemacht und wir hatten 100% hatch out. Hi Tina Also du meinst so abschneiden das eine Spitze entsteht? Es ist mir klar das die beste Zeit zum abkratzen der Tag vor dem Schlupfabend ist. Habt ihr schon Ergebnisse ob man auch 3-4 Tage vor dem Schlupf abkratzen kann? Wie sieht euer Bruttrichter aus? Nein , keine Spitze. Wenn du den Strohhalm im Winkel abgeschnitten hast, schneide die entstandene Spitze ca. 1mm ab. Die beste Zeit, die Eier zu entfernen , ist am Schlupfabend. Wie haben sie schon versehhentlich zu frueh entfernt, aber dann ist die Schlupfrate nicht so hoch. 3-4 Tage ist zu frueh. Der Brut ist hier im Thread abgebildet www.marinebreeder.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=2213. Solltest so einen Trichter nicht bekommen koennen, wir haben mit einen Kreisel angefangen und die Belueftung so stark gehalten, dass sich die Eier nicht am Boden absetzen konnten. Der Trichter scheint aber besser zu sein. Lass mich wissen, wenn du noch weitere Fragen hast. Seite 2 des Threads zeigt wie die Luftzufuhr angebracht ist. Nach dem Schluepfen halten wir die Larven in einem Kreisel. Die Wasserbewegung ist gerade stark genug, dass sie das Futter zu den Babys bringt. Danke Tina, das hab ich verstanden. Spricht etwas gegen eine umgedrehte 2l Flasche? Nach wieviel Stunden wenn es dunkel ist schaut ihr in euern Trichter? Ich hatte gestern nach 2 Stunden geschaut und erst als das Licht an war schlüpften die Larven explosionsartig. Das hat mich ein wenig verwundert. MfG Sylvio Wir haben die Flasche probiert, aber die Eier haben die Tendenz sich in dem Bogen abzulagern. Wir schauen nach 1 Stunde. Das explosionartige Schluepfen kann manchmal vorkommen. Wenn die Eier nicht schlueopfen, stop die Belueftung, warte bis sich die Eier am Boden gesammelt haben, dann senke den Wasserspiegel bis sie gerade noch bedeckt sind und dann fuelle sofort wieder Wasser dazu und beluefte. In vielen Faellen schluepfen sie dann alle. Das kannst du 1-2 mal wiederholen. Offensichtlich ist es auch von der Fischart abhaengig. Tomato und Cinnamon Clowns reagieren darauf sehr gut. Wenn sie nicht in der 1. Nacht schluepfen, wechsele auf jeden Fall das Wasser, bevor du sie allein laesst. Tote (weisse) Eier solltest du mit einer Pipette entfernen.
