Let me know if you want a start? I would love to have you come over and see what I am growing, or attempting anyway!

Clint, this is awesome. So what you are saying is that every time you order snails, they come with larvae? Are they swimming or crawling around?

Yes they are swimming but I think they are at different stages. When I added new SW both time they released swimming larvae. But I have seen them lay egg ribbons so I wonder if there is an asexual cloning option under stress.

Hey, I have tiny snails! They look to be nassarius, with that little antenae/foot at the front....

They are in a tank that I add phyto to, to grow amphopods and mysis, so I do add phyto every day. But the larvae must have come from the main display, which was 3 tanks away! When I set up this tank. I added dry rock and sand, but I did add some new macro algae spp, so maybe tey came on that. I want to think they came from the main display, because I have so many snail egg ribbons in there!

They are super tiny, and I am not completely sure what they are, but I will try to get a photo....No promises, though!

That is cool! I wonder how long they live as plankton.
