Hi,
I'm a newcomer, I found this forum following Amie, and very surprised to found a breeder forum in Utah.
I visited Utah fewer years ago visiting my sister. She lives in Orem.
The first thing I read here and flash a light in my head was about copepodes (http://s4.zetaboards.com/UtahBreeder/topic/7543422/1/) Suzy sad to someone to start with copepodes.
Could some one or Suzi give more details about copepodes?

Thank,

Mauicio

I apologize my poor English, I can read, I can talk, but wright is a challenge.

Welcome! I was wondering when you were going to post! I love getting to meet new people!

Copepods are really, really easy. Will you be in Orem again soon so I can get some to you?

Start with this thread and let me know what is left out. We have a few more threads about pods, this species can be called TiggerPods by some.

Hi,
I'm a newcomer, I found this forum following Amie,...
I usually watch my back to make sure no one follows me home, I guess I'm getting a little careless.

I'm glad you found us. Feel free to post in the Introduce Yourself thread and tell us a little bit about yourself. Where do you live, what kind of setup do you have, etc.

Suzy's link took you to page 2 of the copepod thread. I've edited it so it will take you to page 1.

Another place you can read about pods can be found at BrineShrimpDirect.com. They have this great article all about raising them. Of course if you want information specifically about copepods, the author just jumped right into raising them, she didn't mention anything about the critters themselves - an over site, I'm sure.

That is one of the best articles I have ever read. That is a professional author! I am going to look for her on Advanced Aquarist.com!

I am waiting for her next article. Expectations are high!

Really, you need to write for AA! They pay you and the competition is soooooo lacking! They need new blood!

Yeah, I really need to get around to that . I have several 3/4 written articles that I think would probably get accepted if I just finished them up.
