With this species. They were a species from the Gulf of Mexico that would live in the brackish areas and the ocean. So, they always seemed to have a quick respiratory rate. I did lower the temp and the salinity, to bring in more O2 but they just didn't seem compatible with everything. The females seem strong, though. But I am going to try a different species of pipefish.

I am not sure if I want to really try on that species. He loves pods, flatworms but has not touched frozen food yet. But, that is not to say if I had juveniles of his spp that I would not be able to get them to eat frozen and be strong reef tank fishes.....
